Together we enable the connected future.Want to be part of the team?I am seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant for a client in Melbourne to take up a 3 months contract role with a view of extension.
Your day at NTT5+ years' experience in providing functional analysis services.3+ years' experience working on medium to large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with advanced knowledge of the platforms capability and limitations.
Working knowledge and ability to perform configuration relation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation areas including:D365 Customer Service specifically Email to Case functionality.2+ years' experience working in Agile Scrum environments including providing input into planning/backlog grooming and estimation activities.
What would make you a good fit for this role?Advanced experience and skills in documenting business requirements and functional design through user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, etcAdvanced experience and skills in business process re-engineering activities and driving innovative outcomes for customers.
Advanced experience and skills working directly with end-users and technical staff to achieve desired outcomes.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to lead workshops & showcases with senior stakeholders.
Experience with Power Pages.
Experience with Microsoft Azure environment.
Experience with Microsoft DevOps.
Experience providing services in large-scale IT organisations, preferably government.
Experience in change management processes, including drafting training documentation and hosting training sessions for end-users.
Experience in System integration specifications.
