Our Client:

The Role:

Monday - Friday, we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join the team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of 50 to 80 properties (mixed use portfolio)
  • Management of rent collection and outgoings
  • Manage rental arrears
  • Negotiation of lease renewals and transfers including completing the relevant documentation
  • Conduct property inspections, prepare inventory and condition reports
  • Annual Outgoings Budgets and Reconciliations
  • Previous experience in Commercial Property Management (minimum 12 months)
  • Will look at an experienced Residential Property Manager with a touch of Commercial knowledge and experience
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car & drivers License
  • You will be immaculately presented
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
