Our client, a reputable Australian property firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team. As a key member of the commercial management division, you will be responsible for meeting financial and performance targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and execute lease renewals to ensure optimal revenue growth
  • Annual rent reviews to maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Develop and implement tenant retention strategies to minimize vacancy rates
  • Collaborate with external leasing consultants to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers, support staff, and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager for a landlord or commercial real estate agency
  • Valid Certificate of Registration
