Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the digital transformation initiatives at the manufacturing site, ensuring flawless integration of digital technologies with operational processes.
  • Find opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the digital and analytical capabilities of the manufacturing site, aligning with the organisation's overall objectives.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive process improvements, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including operations, supply chain, and quality to find opportunities for digital initiatives and support team members to prioritise implementation.
  • Cultivate a culture of datadriven decisionmaking, demonstrating advanced analytics to support critical initiatives and daytoday operations.
  • Ensure that digital solutions and analytical practices implement to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the manufacturing site and Divisional teams/GIT, ensuring alignment of digital strategies and effective communication of sitespecific needs.

Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc):

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical attitude with experience in using data to inform business decisions and drive improvements.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on data analytics.
