As an Events and Ceremonies Coordinator, you will work both independently and collaboratively to plan and oversee ceremonial and event projects.

Your excellent administrative, communication, and stakeholder management skills will be essential as you ensure the successful execution of these events.

  • Fulltime hours 36.75 per week Monday to Friday commencing ASAP up to mid November 2023.

About You:

  • Demonstrated recent experience in event and/or project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and the capability to work independently.
  • Proficient in preparing highquality administrative documentation for internal and external distribution.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a track record of successful contractor management.
  • Sound judgement and initiative, both when working individually and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of procurement, WHS, and risk management in events.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically capable of performing safe manual handling techniques.
