Due to internal movements in the organisation, an exciting opportunity has presented for a Plant Manager to lead their Isolation Valves operation in Brisbane.


About the role:


Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a crucial role responsible for developing and leading the Emerson Isolation Valves operation at its Brisbane plant, with an expansive customer base across the region.

Leading a team of approx.80 across Operations, Inventory/Purchasing, Planning, Customer Care & Safety/Quality, this role is integral to ensuring the future operational success by aligning global strategies at a local level.

With a focus on continuing to deliver high quality customer service both internally and externally, the Plant Manager will guarantee the safe, efficient and consistent flow of product from supplier to customer.

You will have a proven depth of leading an operational/industrial site and sizable team, ideally within a Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG, or related industry sector.
