With training provided, lesson plan, resources and desirable working hours, we offer valuable additional input and welcome new team members.


About Dancesport Confidence
Dancesport Confidence has been fostering respectful relationships, personal growth and self-confidence through partner dancing since 2006.

We provide government recognised partner dance programs in schools that are focused on student's learning stages and designed to enhance their emotional and social development.

Our mission is to change an entire generation through their ability to communicate by dancing together.

What we offer:

All our classes go far beyond dance technique and help guide students through their own personal growth with supported discussions and focused thoughtful content.

Instructors are trained and equipped to facilitate a range of needs and levels advocating interpersonal skills, confidence and a sense of belonging for all involved.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Follow and deliver designed wellbeing and dance programs
  • Attend trainings and refreshers to ensure familiarity with wellbeing and dance content
  • Assist in productions and gala events across the year
  • Support administration of school and students enrolling and participating
  • Uphold the successful Dancesport Confidence values and reputation with immaculate presentation and quality delivery.

Role Requirements:

  • Relevant certificate in Dance Teaching OR
  • Minimum 2 years dance teaching experience
  • Flexibility in work hours and locations
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (Or that relevant to your State for work)

Role Expectations:

  • Background in dance and dance education
  • Experience with students across primary and secondary school level
  • Strong level of communication and attention to detail
  • Well organised with good punctuality and care in personal presentation
  • Nurturing and energetic personality
  • Willingness to support fellow team members and incite reliability, creativity and
