Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
To be considered for this position as a Recruitment Advisor you must possess the following as a minimum:
- Previous experience in blue collar recruitment within the Civil and Mining sectors
- A proven understanding of recruitment processes such as advertising, screening, and interviewing
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and work in a fastpaced environment and meet strict deadlines
- A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy including, MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
As a Recruitment Advisor reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Partnering with the business to provide professional support and advice on the end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar personnel across Project based roles
- Developing and implementing strategic sourcing methods to build talent pipelines for future works using LinkedIn, Seek and internal recruitment databases
- Working closely with Management and Project teams throughout the onboarding process to provide support and guidance as required
- Providing accurate recruitment reports, progress updates and forecasts to the Project teams and Recruitment Team Lead
- Supply accurate data for recruitment and human resources statistics and reports and provide insight on market conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
