Our Service and Sales Administrator will be part of a small team of professionals who are responsive to our industry's needs and are focused on offering an outstanding experience to our customers.

Qualifications, aptitude & experience

  • Experience in service operations, including processing service jobs (inhouse and onsite), ordering spare parts, scheduling works, accounting for expenses, liaising with customers, invoicing
  • Experience in the creation, promotion and management of service contracts
  • Experience in preparing quotations for products of a technical nature
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles (sales revenue, costs, margin)
  • Proficiency with the MS Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational ability
  • Attention to detail / meets deadlines / proactive approach
  • Problemsolving aptitude
  • Ability to follow procedures and comply with Occupational Health & Safety directives
  • Qualifications and working experience in an engineering or physical sciences area will be highly regarded
Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage Nano Vacuum's service operations ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while meeting customer requirements
  • Creation, promotion and management of service contracts, ensuring all promised services are provided according to the agreed schedule.
  • Prepare quotations or other documents to assist the sales team in the performance of their duties
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers
  • Ensure all reporting and CRM requirements are met
