The Opportunity


Our client has been servicing property investors for more than 20 years and have a unique understanding of the challenges that buyers face when purchasing and managing properties offshore or within Australia.

They provide a comprehensive buyers service that supports their clients with all stages buying including search, video walk throughs, contracts, property management and more.


Their clients benefit from their strong relationships with a wide network of developers, gain early access to pre-launch off the plan projects, exclusive syndication buying opportunities, and pre-negotiated pricing.


The Role


Located in a tightly held affluent inner eastern suburb, this role is suited to someone who lives locally and is looking to step up into an assistant property management role to progress their career and begin the journey to become a property manager.


You will be working alongside a Department Manager with over 13 years' experience in the industry to ensure you get the best on the job training from this team of professionals before being given the opportunity to start managing your own small portfolio and growing into a full PM role gradually as your skills grow and mature.


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Outgoing and routine inspections
  • OFIS' and condition reports
  • Key handovers
  • Entry & Final Inspections
  • Client management (prospective tenants)
  • Leasing and Property Management support
  • Application processing
  • Repairs, maintenance, and arrears
  • Landlord and tenant liaison

About You

  • Current VIC Driver's License
  • Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Minimum of 1+ years' real estate experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multi task and manage your time
  • Professional working manner and immaculate presentation
