The Role Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for preparing details analysis and provide Decision Making insight to the management team.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform comprehensive cost analysis, including product, service, and SGA/department-wise costs Lead pricing management for hardware and Saa S across all regions, administering pricing within CRMSupport accounting team in revenue booking and circulate quarterly sales targets Calculate and communicate quarterly commissions and bonuses to employees and finance Prepare quality quarterly presentations for the board, advisory board, and monthly presentations for management Analyse month-end results, monthly market/customer performance, and GM/GM% variances Present rolling 12-month cash flow analysis, lead annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts Facilitate monthly sales and operation meetings, providing insights for effective decision-making Develop financial models to support business growth in collaboration with Finance Manager The Candidate The ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification and be a qualified CPA/CA with a minimum of 5 years' in a similar role.

They should demonstrate strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
The candidate should be a proactive team player, capable of creative problem-solving and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
