About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to join the team at ADC as a casual Receptionist until the end of 2023.
You will carry out reception and administrative duties for the company including providing support to the project management and accounting teams.
You will be committed to quality service and will job share working Mondays to Wednesdays. Discretion and confidentiality attributes are essential.Duties
- File and maintain the filing system, including archiving
- Reception duties and answering phones
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail duties, including couriers
- Manage printing and stationery control
- Compile and bind reports, including Executive Meeting reports
Skills & Experience
- 1 years' experience in a reception role
- Commitment to quality service
- Discretion and confidentiality attributes
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
