Position Description

Use your marketing and business development expertise to support people with disability to live the lives they choose. Join us through this unique and expanded Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer (CMBDO) role.


Dynamic and with senior experience in marketing and/or business development, a strategic thinker would suit this role, particularly someone who has a knack for business storytelling, leveraging brand and converting opportunities into outcomes.

A passion for human rights and putting the person with disability first are musts to be successful in this role.


Yooralla's CMBDO will drive our growth with teams responsible for business development, marketing, communications, public relations (PR), stakeholder engagement and client onboarding.


You will help attract new clients, partners and new business opportunities and strengthen engagement with the people we support, our committed staff and our community.


The CMBDO is a key leader within the organisation and will work with the Senior Leadership Team, Yooralla Board and Foundation Committee on major initiatives.
