Currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage and drive Grinding Field Service and Repair product development.

THE ROLE:

Responsible for Field Service and repairs product offering strategy and roadmap, working closely with Professional Services (PSE) team
Responsible for developing, and supporting commercializing and launching of Field Service and Repairs products
Responsible for creating Field Services and Repairs products sales and go-to-market strategies
Work with market areas and PSE to understand the needed labour and repairs product offering and future development needs.
Manage and maintain all product data management needs associated with the labour and repairs product offering
Collaborate with PSE and ISS (Integrated Service Solutions) to develop LCS (Life Cycle Services) offering
Responsible for providing expert content to training team and if needed participate into training events.
Validate and approve Field Service and Repairs product information.
Maintain product and service safety bulletins and ensure proper distribution and communication
Create global procedures for productized labour offering. (PSE to localize safety requirements and prepare ad hoc general maintenance activates)
Coordinate repair procedures with PSE Repairs product group
Ensure that all work undertaken on grinding parts complies with Metso Outotec specifications and standards
Undertake promotional work, including presentations and seminars, to aid development of the Grinding services business. This should include regular site visits as part of product support to customers with introduction of other resources as needed
Perform any other tasks as required by the head of Grinding services business

TO SUCCEED:

Five (10) Year applicable engineering or field services or equivalent experience
Five (5) years applicable mining industry, company, and product knowledge / experience
A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability.
Previous product management experience is an asset.
Familiarity with the broad range of Grinding related equipment / products.
Familiarity with the four major types of maintenance philosophies - corrective, preventative, risk based and condition based.
Deep understanding of SAP and other commercial and technical data management tools is required.
Financials understanding (including pricing, cost analysis, margin levels and SGA).
Good data analysis skills.
Leadership and people skills, capability to drive and deliver strategic initiatives.
Strong drive and product development skills.
