About the Role
Are you a Rope Access Technician ready to step up to a new challenge?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rope Access Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and managing rope access projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects, including estimating costs, preparing quotes, and developing project plans.
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of our rope access team, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage and motivate a team, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular safety equipment inspections and maintain logs.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the latest rope access techniques and equipment and ensure that our team is trained and competent in the use of these techniques and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience
  • Proven track record of managing a team.
  • Estimating and quoting experience (desirable)
  • Relevant Rope Access qualifications, such as IRATA or SPRAT
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Construction White Card
  • Driver's License
