Our client's transport operation in Footscray, 3011 is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 plus Super.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer operations
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of materials handling and warehousing in the transport industry

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate data entry for efficient recordkeeping
  • Transmit Proof of Delivery (POD) and weighbridge information promptly
  • Manage invoicing processes
  • Conduct stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to meet daily service requirements and KPIs
  • Assist with site audits to uphold operational standards
