Responsible for developing functional specifications, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, and collaborating with the Business Applications team to provide support for business applications. Also, handling business reporting needs and fostering strong relationships with business users across different units.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing user support
  • Resolving incidents and problems within service levels

  • Prioritising requests based on strategic goals
  • Documenting functional requirements, maintenance, UAT's, and issue resolution

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst and in first level support
  • Understanding of integrated systems and business processes
  • Experience in supporting critical business applications
  • Proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS reports
  • Familiarity with Microsoft CRM web application and database architecture
  • Ability to work independently and in a team effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to engage with staff at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled in issue prioritization and diagnosis

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualified or have 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS CRM, and BI/Reporting systems
  • Proficiency in writing SSRS Reports and solid understanding of Microsoft SQL
