About the Role

We are seeking a PHI Application Specialist to join our IT Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Design, build and maintain quality configuration and code for DHL's Private Health Insurance (PHI) core application suite
  • Design and document solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop robust and documented configuration and code
  • Provide specialist technical advice relating to PHI core applications
  • Provide training and guidance service desk team

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Application configuration and development experience 3 years+
  • Experience with Java/Groovy scripting or similar programming languages
  • Willingness to learn and configure new technologies and languages
  • Demonstrated experience providing application support
  • Experience using ITIL framework.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to analyze systems and processes and specify changes to the
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experienced problem solver
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team
