About the role


UGL's Manufacturing and Maintenance business is looking for an Asset Management & Reliability Manager to join our Manufacturing & Maintenance team.

This can be based in either Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne with travel as required.


You will be responsible for defining an accredited asset management strategy and ensuring governance, assurance and regulatory requirements are met within the UGL Manufacturing and Maintenance tools employed and verify compliance.


About You

  • Engineering degree or equivalent years of experience gained.
  • Previous experience leading a team of engineers
  • Relevant experience in rail maintenance and operations
  • Experienced in providing leadership and financial control to the department and reporting on performance through KPI's and visualization tools.
  • Defining an accredited asset management strategy and ensuring governance, assurance and regulatory requirements are met
  • Proficient skills in: MS Word, Excel, Databases and Asset Information Tools
