About the Role

Tesserent is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Security Consultant to join our Technical Consulting team. The successful candidate will work with our customers across a range of activities, including end-to-end design and implementation of Zscaler solutions and handover to operations.

You will be capable of working closely with customers to build strong relationships, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a range of audiences both technical and non-technical.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading customer engagements
  • Using Zscaler security solutions to solve customer challenges
  • Proactively work with customers to achieve set project deadlines
  • Identifying, influencing and recommending appropriate security controls
  • Being an escalation point for technical queries

About You

We are looking for someone to become a trusted technical advisor to our valued customers. To excel in this role, you'll need a combination of technical skills and personal attributes such as:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in security design or implementation roles in cyber and/or network security.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience designing and implementing Zscaler solutions
  • Zscaler Internet Access
  • Zscaler Private Access
  • Zscaler Digital Experience Monitoring
  • Privileged Remote Access
  • Zscaler Data Protection
  • Achieved the following Zscaler certification:
  • Zscaler for Users – Advanced (or equivalent ZIA and ZPA certification)
  • Have achieved or working towards the following certification:
  • Zscaler Delivery Specialist ZIA
  • Zscaler Delivery Specialist ZPA
  • Ideally, a strong background in networking and a willingness to learn other zero-trust products
  • Passionate about cyber security and helping guide customers to adopt leading solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead customer engagements
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • AGSVA security clearance is an additional bonus
