In Australia, clients can leverage our facility in Canberra for prototyping secure solutions and our Melbourne Cyber Defence Centre to rapidly expand capacity and run their security operations in compliance with local data, regulatory and legislative requirements.

Role - Principal Consultants are responsible for working with sales and other staff to interpret key business goals & strategies to define, design and implement solutions for customers while providing trusted advice and consulting including contributing to the development of new product and service offerings.
Required Skills:
- More than 5 years of technical experience with Microsoft Azure Security technologies especially Purview DLP.
- Strong hands-on experience with technical implementation of Microsoft (Azure, Purview, M365) projects as SME and/or engagement lead
- Experience in large enterprise environments as an architect or domain specialist
- Experience working with tier-one organisations and/or Government
- Effectively communicate with and influence technical and senior non-technical audiences
- Pre-sales experience is highly desirable
- Good breadth of knowledge across all IT domains including EUC, Compute, Network and Security.
- Ability to tailor messaging according to the audience: C-level stakeholders to technical architects
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to generate trusted professional relationships with customers, third parties and internally.
- Able to blend innovative technologies with pragmatic design and act as a trusted technology advisor to customers.
- Provide leadership in articulating technology architectures, both current, transition and future state
- Vendor certifications cloud and Microsoft preferred (e.g., MCP, MCSE, M365, Azure)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics desirable
- Assist with the development and execution of the practice strategy and initiatives
- Identify and investigate new technology and methods for delivery to clients
- Identify education requirements and programs for technical enablement
- Create and deliver presentations to clients on technical subjects
- Development of technical patterns and strategies
- Implement solutions leveraging vendor deployment and security best practices
- Directly support sales engagements with both internal and 3rd party salespeople
- Working in an Advisory role for developing customer strategies
- Provide input to Capability Leads and Heads of Practice regarding the technical direction and customer insights
- Manage effective handover of proposed solutions to delivery teams
