Salesforce Developer/ Salesforce Architect

PURPOSE

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, specializing in configuration and customization across various Salesforce clouds and portals. This role requires a professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to work on complex business requirements and collaborate with UX and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development: Perform configuration and customization within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud.
  • Portal Development: Develop and manage Partner Portal and Customer Community portal.
  • Lightning Components: Build and maintain Lightning Components, leveraging modern JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and the Aura framework.
  • Apex & Visualforce: Engage in Apex and Visualforce development to extend Salesforce capabilities.
  • CI/CD & Solution Design: Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and contribute to solution design.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide proven technical knowledge and experience in modern JavaScript and digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups.
  • Complex Business Delivery: Manage and deliver complex business requirements in Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX and Design teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
  • Source Control: Utilize source control tools like GitLab and engage in package-based development.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accessibility: Innovate and introduce new ways of thinking about and implementing accessibility in Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Salesforce development, including configuration and customisation.
  • Salesforce Clouds: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in building Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce development.
  • CI/CD & Design: Experience with CI/CD processes and solution design.
  • JavaScript & UI/UX: Strong technical knowledge of modern JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, and working with UX and Design teams.
  • Source Control: Familiarity with source control tools such as GitLab and package-based development.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accessibility: Ability to bring new perspectives on accessibility in Salesforce development.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification
  • Salesforce Service Cloud certification
  • Developer certification

Education Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Location and Contract Term:

  • Minimum 6 months with a likely 12-month extension.
  • Australia

Pay Rate: up to $200 Per Hour (Inc GST)

Additional Information:

  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Baseline security clearance or higher is preferred.
