As a Salesforce Developer (Consultant/Senior Consultant), you will collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals in the Salesforce community and closely engage with our clients on various collaborative and innovative projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your core consulting and Salesforce expertise to provide technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products.
- Engaged in APEX development, Lightning components, and intricate Salesforce configuration.
- Collaborating with the development team in analyzing, designing, coding, and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
- Actively participating in the development workstreams within projects.
- Using your expertise to advise our clients on best practices and efficient ways to achieve their objectives.
- Working alongside a team of skilled technical Salesforce professionals, exchanging knowledge, and supporting each other to enhance your expertise in Salesforce.
Let's discuss your skills and experience. What we seek in Salesforce Developers is:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the Salesforce platform, especially across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud, along with common AppExchange applications.
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business challenges and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that cater to their requirements.
- Proven experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders while managing their expectations.
- Preference for DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience, including the use of DevOps tools like git.
- Certifications in Platform Developer II; Service; or Community Cloud
- Previous experience in the NSW Public sector and exposure to Salesforce PSS (Public Sector Solutions and Omniscript) is highly regarded but not mandatory.
