Home to the 2022 World Barista Champion and 2023 Australian Barista Champion, we pride ourselves on building a great place to work and fostering talent.

We are now on the hunt for an experienced Cafe Manager for our Kew location.


We have a further 17 cafés with locations at Chadstone Shopping Centre, The University of Melbourne, Melbourne Central and several other locations in the CBD.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Motivation to take ownership of the position
  • A key eye for detail
  • The desire to build and maintain a highperforming, wellrounded team
  • A customercentric approach
  • Experience using a wide range of coffee making equipment including; La Marzocco GB5, Mazzer Rober S, Mahlkonig E65s GBW, Mahlkonig EK43s and Ubermilk
  • A desire to continuously learn, grow and progress within the company
  • Be a team player who is happy to jump in and help in other areas of the café as required

Your day to day will include:

  • Hiring, training and managing staff
  • Greeting guests and taking orders
  • Ensuring the coffee and Jaffle quality control is to a high standard
  • Managing stock levels and ordering stock
  • Rostering
  • Working to a labour budget
  • Ensuring the cafe remains clean and compliant with regulations
