What the day will look like

  • This role will be responsible for writing content for Aon's major events held throughout Asia Pacific including:
  • Briefing the content agency to prepare post-event marketing communication
  • Crafting speaker scripts as required
  • Scheduling and hosting content development meetings and rehearsals for each event
  • Collaborating with marketing colleagues to ensure alignment with brand, editorial, legal and messaging guidelines
  • This is not a logistics role. The key responsibility is to create powerful content during the planning and development stage of our flagship events, that can be used on the day

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in content writing
  • Experience in writing content for events is preferable but not mandatory
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent projects in a fastpaced marketing and communications environment
  • B2B or speech writing experience would be a plus to ensure the correct tone
  • Ability to digest and explain complex information in a straightforward way for business decision makers
  • Diplomacy, patience and the ability to guide senior stakeholders
  • Experience of writing to meet global brand and editorial guidelines
