Where you'd be working:

Our Professional Services Consultants are located in our North Ryde offices, catering to customers in NSW. The team comprises skilled professionals in services, project management, business solutions, support, and sales. They engage closely with customers, conduct onsite visits for gathering requirements, and excel in delivering effective business outcomes for operational needs.

You'll have exposure to diverse industries and businesses, and our employees value the culture, teamwork, and support at Pronto Software. We provide a Hybrid work location setup.

What you'd be doing (a day in your life):

Your expertise in business consulting, Service Management, and Project costing will be essential in this role. Collaborating with Project Managers, you will:

  • Lead workshops to collect business requirements
  • Devise solutions that align with these requirements
  • Document system configurations
  • Conduct system testing
  • Drive customer business enhancements
About you

We're seeking new Professional Services Consultants who:

  • Possess business process knowledge and excel in building customer relationships
  • Have strong communication and analytical skills for successful solution design
  • Bring consulting experience in the ERP domain
  • Are skilled in Service Management and Project Costing implementations and consulting
  • Preferably have familiarity with Pronto Xi
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of core business processes, Service Management, and Project Costing requirements
  • Are adept at gathering requirements and designing tailored solutions
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Have a systematic problem-solving approach and excel in producing quality user documentation
  • Showcase a client-centric focus with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Boast excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Showcase effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Are team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Requirements to be a Pronto Software Employee:

  • Hold a Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business
  • Possess business consulting or relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and business experience
  • Can influence internal and external stakeholders with commercial acumen
  • Pay keen attention to detail and prioritize customer service excellence
  • Are willing to undergo a police check
