  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead on a fulltime temporary basis. This position will be based at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 9 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Our support office is a thriving, supportive and friendly environment where you will have the opportunity to work with other passionate people.

About the role

  • The Project Lead will be responsible for:
  • Utilising Benetas Project Management methodology, standard operating procedures and cross-functional flows
  • Managing project/s from inception to completion, taking a handson approach to delivering key items
  • Driving project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prioritising and tracking action items and issues with required documentation and communicating the status of projects to all stakeholders as appropriate
  • Leading meetings with project teams and coordinating resources to ensure successful execution
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans showing tasks, resources, dependencies, duration, per cent complete and status throughout the project's life
  • Performing projectrelated Risk Management, Change Control, and Financial Management functions
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently
  • This role sits on the Leadership team of the Technology team and reports to Chief Information Officer (CIO).

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business/HR/Commerce, Project and/or Change Management,
  • Relevant Professional certifications (eg PMBOK, Prince 2, Agile, Six Sigma)
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences


 Experience with Business
  • Technology Projects, both Iterative (agile) and Waterfall (eg PMBOK)
  • Experience with Project Management as applied to "Digital Transformation"
  • Experience in small and largescale change projects
  • Understanding of how people are successfully led through a change
  • Knowledge in developing and delivering learning content that effectively supports a change project
