About the role


We are seeking a dedicated AOD Support Worker You will provide supervision, support and crisis intervention to participants at Bendigo Bridge Program to help maintain the function of the centre.

Responsibilities include

  • Respond to resident enquiries and escalate to AOD Case Managers
  • Actively participate in daily handovers and liaise with other staff to ensure required participant information is communicated
  • Ensure participant and staff security, by responding to critical incidents and security concerns, as per policy and procedure
  • Undertake all administrative tasks in efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure all electronic records are maintained and up to date
This is a casual position, based in Bendigo, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 4.

What you will have

  • Commitment to gain qualification within first 12 months of employment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • First Aid Certificate
  • A current Driver's Licence
