About the role:


Newly created role giving you the opportunity to be the owner of the consumer database in our newly acquired retail business.

You will be responsible for growing and fostering loyal relationships through best in class CRM marketing strategies.

You will work with our in house technology team to create meaningful customer journeys which deliver personalised experiences for our customers, with the ultimate aim of driving customer loyalty and advocacy, while simultaneously delivering strong commercial outcomes.

About you:

You will be a proactive Marketing Manager with a passion for innovation and driving change with the following;

  • Experience as a CRM Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on database marketing and customer journey optimisation.
  • Knowledge / expertise in customer journey mapping, personalisation and utilization of digital tools such as marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to generate customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to identify strategic opportunities that deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Good knowledge of and experience in a broad range of digital marketing channels that can be effectively utilized to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with relevant privacy and data protection regulations and best practice data security protocols.
  • Awareness of current and emerging best practice in CRM marketing and loyalty.
  • Good project management and time management skills and experience.
  • Effective presentation and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Degree qualified in Marketing (or similar).
