The People Services team is responsible for providing a broad range of support services to the wider People Culture & Communications team that span across business functions including People Partner support, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, policy interpretation, document management andLearning & Development coordination activities.

Attracting talent, phone screening, presenting shortlisted candidates, reference checkingManaging all candidate communication through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the candidate is supported pre-employmentManaging the recruitment inbox, and internal job postingsYour knowledge & experience2 years recruitment coordination/admin experienceExperience working in large volume/fast paced environmentSound understanding of Recruitment 'best practice'Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detailWorking at HollardAt Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
