The Role


As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all recruitment enquiries for WA and assisting multiple business units with resourcing.

This is a fixed-term parental leave contract for 12 months.

Key duties include:

  • Conduct recruitment activities for WA business units including job briefs, advertising, phone screens, interviews and reference checks
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on their recruitment needs and support them throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for hardtofill roles
  • Proactive sourcing via SEEK Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter

You


The Talent Acquisition team is going through a period of change and requires someone who is self-motivated that can grow with the recruitment function.

You have great customer service skills and are able to adapt to diverse recruitment needs across business units.

You will have:

  • Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency)
  • Experience using PageUp (desirable) or other applicant tracking systems
  • Effective stakeholder management and an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work with multiple business units
