As the Professional Education Manager, reporting directly to the team, your main duties will involve:

  • Providing educational training for new hires and conducting ongoing evaluations of their product knowledge and sales expertise
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to assess healthcare practitioners' needs, establish educational training strategies, and drive optimal patient outcomes
  • Organizing webinars, participating in trade shows to offer clinical support to healthcare providers and internal staff
  • Working alongside the marketing department on critical presentations

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience as a Diabetes Educator
  • University qualifications in Nursing or Dietetics
  • Demonstrated experience in training or education
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a strong team player mindset
  • Solid technical skills, excellent communication, and proficient presentation abilities

While expertise in Type 1 Diabetes is advantageous, your positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and dedication to delivering exceptional training both externally and internally are crucial.
