About you
You will be an experienced, results driven Implementations Manager, with strong people management skills.

You'll be able to build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, to deliver customer value within agreed budgets and timeframes.


About the role:


The purpose of this role is to successfully implement payroll solutions that meet client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships.

Furthermore, this role is also designed to maintain effective communications with clients in line with the Client Management strategies of The Access Group and maximize revenue opportunities.


This hybrid role can be based in Perth, Sydney or Melbourne.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead of a team of highly experienced consultants across our Payroll Portfolio.
  • Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively reporting on progress and issues, and consulting with other internal departments to solve problems and provide seamless support.
  • Review and follow up allocated Customer Success & Support leads to ensure client receives resolution within required timeframes and maximise revenue opportunities,
  • Achievement of team utilisation and quota targets.
  • Maintain regular client communication and support customer success strategies.
  • Ensure team achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge and legislative changes.
  • Active promotion of the services and software solutions offered by The Access Group.
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

Your skills and experience may include:

  • Results oriented, deadline driven and highly organised.
  • Experience working with Payroll, Awards, Agreements and Fair work Payroll Standards
  • Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Software Implementation and Consulting experience.
  • Ability to influence a wide number of senior stakeholders both within region and globally.
  • A high degree of selfawareness and judgement and an ability to take a personal stand on issues, when required.
  • A strong communicator, both in written and spoken communications.
