As a Lash Lift and Brow Artist at IVY REIGN you will play the crucial role of embodying our values in your everyday work.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of Perth's leading Lash and Brow studio, whilst ensuring each client's experience is as unique as their individual needs.

As we take our client experience very seriously, you will be a critical element in ensuring our overall quality benchmarks are maintained and innovated over-time.

• Provide excellent endtoend customer service to all clientele, including appointment and diary management.
• Ensure all workspaces and equipment adhere to company hygiene policies and standards, including properly sterilising beauty tools and equipment after each use.
• Provide makeup, eyebrow, and eyelash beauty services to a high standard to all clientele.
• Process payments, generate new bookings, and answer telephone queries.
• Provide thorough consultations on all beauty treatments to our clientele.
• Conduct skin analysis, and evaluate the beauty needs of each client.
• Monitor and report on stock levels, ensure adequate supply within the studio.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements, and reflect on things we do great or could've done better.
• Other duties as required.

• Working towards, or hold, relevant qualifications (beauty/makeup/lash/brows) or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Possession of a current and valid driver's licence.
• Experience in performing lash lift and brow services is preferred.
• Experience in a busy customer service role (preferably beauty studio).
• Willingness and flexibility to work a rotating roster including Saturday.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, with a client centric focus.
• Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative team, and share and acknowledge ideas for the collective improvement.
