About the Role
Do you enjoy interacting with and assisting small groups of people?

If you're an experienced Support Worker and would like to try something different, this could be your ideal new role

You'll be working at our Respite Centre in Hilton.

We offer support and services to carers, and their loved ones - either as a once off, or on a more regular basis.


We are looking to fill shifts between 09:00pm - 07:00am
**We'll be asking you to:
- *
  • Participate in group activities and centrebased respite programs.
  • Regularly liaise with our Care Coordinators to provide updates on client care needs.
  • Carefully follow client care / wellness plans, and log activities via smartphone.
  • Develop trust & maintain positive rapport with our clients & their families.

About You
You're outgoing, enjoy chatting with people and can comfortably engage with complex care clients - and their family members.

More importantly, you'll care about our clients just as much as we do.


Building relationships with people comes naturally, and you know that good Support Workers can make such a difference in the quality of someone's life.

**To be considered for this role, you'll need: - **- Initiative with the ability to problem solve & quickly adapt to change.

  • Great interpersonal & communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or similar (Optional).
  • First Aid Certificate (Manual Handling would be great if recently completed).
