What you'll do

  • Help drive the Pacific market's E2E HR operation delivery, for the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, payroll & benefits, compliance & audit and project delivery, as well as vendor management.
  • Execute weekly and fortnightly endtoend payroll processing; manage and resolve all payroll queries; manage payroll compliance, administration, and legislative reporting; manage all leave entitlements and payments.
  • Assess and drive implementations for local employment legislation changes (incl. changes in awards) that impact payroll and employment contracts.
  • Ensure high impact of HR operations by working with Pacific HRBP/CoE, building high customer feedback ratings, and ensuring all operations meet the defined targets.
  • Lead market Pacific projects, supporting Regional/Global projects and initiative landing.
  • Drive continuous improvement on processes/operations/efficiency/quality, retaining and strengthening the knowledge management/competency of the HRS Pacific team.
  • Assist proximity HR (HRBPs / TA) with relevant local projects, in alignment with HRS.
Your qualifications

  • 5+ years' work experience within the HR function.
  • Solid experience in ANZ payroll and HR operational tasks.
  • Strong in Excel and Payroll/HR systems (Workday and ADP experience advantageous).
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment an advantage.
  • An eagerness to learn, challenge the status quo and make changes.
  • Ability to cowork with remote team colleagues.
  • Fluency in Mandarin an advantage.
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work in a high pressure, changeoriented environment.
