Expressions of interest are now open for a secondment / fixed term contract opportunity within the Adelaide University Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Curriculum Domain for a Curriculum Data Officer.

About the role

You will be responsible for providing program and course coordination support and data entry expertise during the creation of the new Adelaide University. You will assist with administrative and technical tasks to assure the implementation and timely delivery of the curriculum management system (CMS) and with curriculum design, part 2 program development and part 3 course development. You will also be responsible for producing high-quality outputs and developing relationships and collaborating with colleagues from both universities.

You will require a high attention to detail and a level of understanding of courses/programs to be successful in the role.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Ability to display discretion, particularly when handling confidential matters
  • Demonstrated experience in applying effective problem-solving skills and being innovative and creative in generating solutions and contributing to discussion
  • Experience in the interpretation of information and the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including high attention to detail both written and verbal
  • High degree of initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to instigate and undertake tasks with minimal supervision and acting as a team-player
  • Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines, and highly developed computer literacy skills
