About the position

As the General Manager, you will leverage your commercial skills and act as an innovative and forward-thinking leader, playing a crucial role in propelling the company towards its next growth phase.


Main Responsibilities


  • Lead and supervise all operations in the company's manufacturing plants, ensuring a profitable and sustainable growth
  • Formulate and execute the company's strategic blueprint
  • Develop and enhance competencies within the organization to drive growth and translate top-level strategies into concrete business results
  • Monitor financial performance to ensure profitability, sustainability, and efficient resource management
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with investors, partners, customers, and industry associates
  • Recognize and address potential risks, proactively tackle challenges, ensure adherence to regulations, ethical standards, and maintain transparency and accountability
  • Promote a culture of innovation and safety while identifying chances for product enhancement, process refinement, and expansion into new markets

Experience and qualifications


  • We are seeking a visionary executive manager with a proven history of steering strategic excellence and business triumph
  • Over 10 years of successful leadership experience in a senior executive or General Manager capacity within a sizable manufacturing or industrial entity
  • Demonstrated ability to propel strategic growth, innovate, and adapt to evolving market landscapes
  • Profound financial and commercial insight
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to influence and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in manufacturing procedures, supply chain management, and industry benchmarks
  • Familiarity with navigating global markets and comprehending the cultural subtleties of operating in various regions
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, or related disciplines
  • Willingness to travel regularly to our 4 locations nationwide
