You're an experienced Assistant Centre Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style. You're highly organised with a confident communication style to build exceptional relationships with families.

Through engaging conversation with the team, you are laying the foundation for high quality care.

You will possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Great personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
  • Experience to lead an awesome team
