A little about the role


Reporting to the Client Access Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated Client Services Representatives and be a key leader within the Access team.

Take ownership for the growth, development and leadership of one of DPV's client-facing support teams.

Your main areas of responsibility will focus on:

  • Developing and mentoring your team members
  • Providing excellence in workforce planning through staff rostering and managing inbound contact centre staff
  • Ensuring your Client Services team is efficient and effective and contributes to truly positive experiences for our clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

About you


You will ideally have experience leading a team of healthcare support coordinators and/or reception staff and exhibit a dedicated approach to team-building and service delivery excellence.

A high level of skills and experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Allied health and dental management systems such as Trakcare, Carelink and/or Titanium
  • Rostering and workforce planning
  • Contact centre management and planning
  • Customer/client relationship management
