We are the People Analytics chapter dedicated to empowering our people and leaders to make informed decisions. This involves utilizing accurate, reliable, and pertinent insights, taking decisive actions to promote excellence throughout the organization promptly and efficiently. Focus is also placed on advancing our people analytics through digital transformation, optimization, and enabling initiatives for employees, leaders, and key stakeholders within the Group.

In this position

As a Senior Analyst in the People Analytics Development Chapter, you will be accountable for providing quality analytics on a macro scale, involving data gathering, processing, and interpretation to offer insights into the current HR landscape within the Group and its Business Units. Your role will include developing repeatable, scalable People Analytics resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Group in developing and delivering relevant people insights
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance people reporting solutions
  • Creating, monitoring, and refining systems and processes
  • Automating processes where possible using tools like Microsoft Power suite and Python
  • Handling people-related datasets across the Group
  • Executing SQL database queries
  • Designing, constructing, and maintaining dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
We're looking for individuals who:
  • Possess outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Are adept at independent and collaborative work with strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and contributing to ongoing development
  • Can multitask, prioritize, and execute multiple activities concurrently
  • Have a solid grasp of analytical tools and techniques with a willingness to expand these skills
  • Have experience with SQL tools and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Utilize a statistical modeling language like R or Python
  • Previous exposure to AWS tools is advantageous
