Roles & Responsibilities - HR Administrator

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Post job vacancies on job and social network.
  • Process new employee paperwork and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain and update employee records (contact information, job titles, salaries, etc.) in HR systems or databases.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, uptodate, and compliant with relevant laws.

Employee Relations:

  • Address basic employee inquiries about HRrelated issues.
  • Assist in resolving grievances or other disputes.

Leave Management:

  • Monitor, track, and record employee absences, including sick leave, vacation days, and personal leaves.
  • Provide information to employees about company leave policies.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries or requests.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department, such as making copies, sending faxes, and scheduling meetings.
