The organization
People2people have partnered with a progressive and fast growing Australian owned organisation who have a proud history in building a strong property portfolio within QLD region, where they support and provide strategy for growth, service and ultimately customer satisfaction.
As they continue to grow through acquisitions and mergers, they are needing an additional resource for their estalished and top performing HR team.
The opportunity
Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be responsible for assisting with frontline queries from both employees and Line Managers from various sites, while providing administrative and operational support to the HR team.
You will be creating new contracts, assisting with variations, compliance support, assisting with recruitment & selection, setting up new employees and coordinating onboarding and training as required.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary HR or related qualification coupled with experience in HR Admin / Coordination role
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and communication skills
- Basic understanding of awards and legislation
Computer literacy
- Intermediate MS Office Suite
- Hunger to learn and grow
