What You'll Do:

  • Engage with complex technical issues such as overheating trucks, transmission shifting problems, and final drive overhauls, including Duo Cone seal change outs.
  • Operate heavy machinery, including a variety of CAT equipment such as Hydraulic Mining Shovels, Surface Drills, Haul trucks, and Ancillary equipment.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance, shutdowns, planned and unplanned component change outs, and attend breakdowns.
  • Address technical issues such as overheating trucks, transmission shifting problems, and final drive overhauls, including Duo Cone seal change outs.
  • Ensure safety while working with plant machinery by adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience operating heavy machinery, preferably including CAT equipment.
  • Trade Qualification and extensive experience on CAT Fleet machinery.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues such as overheating trucks and transmission shifting problems.
  • Positive attitude towards safety and a commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
