Westwide Heavy Diesel, a reputable Heavy Equipment Repair Service, is seeking skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join their team at Perth Airport. We have openings for Workshop Based and Shut Team Based roles.

Workshop Based Roles:

  • Collaborate with a Blue Chip Client on a variety of equipment, including Komatsu, Hitachi, Cat, and Letourneau
  • Perform Complete Breakdown Repairs and Maintenance, as well as General Servicing and Repairs to scheduled deadlines
  • Support Maintenance Departments with all associated works

Shut Team Based Roles:

  • Work on clients' shut crew, completing Major Overhauls on mainly Hitachi and Cat Machines
  • Set Rosters and have a clear understanding of work schedules

Requirements:

  • Australian recognized Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous FIFO Experience with FMG/BHP/Rio Tinto desirable
  • Strong commitment to Safety and Customer Service
