About the Company:

Join our client, a renowned residential builder, recognized for their excellence in the building industry. With a track record of delivering 300 homes annually across the state, they have established themselves as leaders in the field, especially in the Hunter/Newcastle areas.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of projects in the Hunter Valley area.
  • Handle up to 20 dwellings simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule jobs, trades, and materials, overseeing civil groundworks till completion and handover.
  • Solve any design or construction issues that may arise on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of over 15 projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project homes or Volume project home building.
  • Technical proficiency to coordinate various trades on-site effectively.
  • Leadership skills to supervise site staff and liaise with internal office teams.
  • Prior experience overseeing residential projects.

Skills & Experience:

  • Cert 3 in Carpentry or Bricklaying.
  • Cert 4 in Building and Construction.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
