You will be part of a specialist team working on a diverse range of projects. You will have the opportunity to work within different sectors, including transport, energy, mining, infrastructure, land development, and agriculture. You'll be based in Western Australia and we offer a flexible work environment.

Here's what you'll bring to have impact

  • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to undertake fieldwork (hydrogeological supervision of drilling and bore construction, aquifer testing or groundwater sampling)
  • Tertiary degree qualifications in geoscience/geology/hydrogeology or related disciplines
  • A strong level of knowledge and commitment to the principles of environmental and groundwater impact assessments
  • competency in the use of relevant industry software would be desirable (Python, GIS, Surfer, AQTESOLV or MLU, ESdat, LogPlot.
  • an appreciation of relevant WA and Commonwealth legislation and water policy or an enthusiasm to learn about these aspects.
  • a valid Driver's License and excellent driving history (4WD experience is an advantage)
  • demonstrated ability to complete projects on time.
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the preparation of technical reports
  • ability to manage own time and priorities and assist the rest of the team to meet project objectives in a deadline driven work environment.
  • a willingness to learn and be mentored.

  • Integrity - you do what is right for your stakeholders to deliver what is true as opposed to popular.
