Quality Manager

Clough is responsible for the engineering, procurement, and construction for the upgrade of the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility.
We are currently on the lookout for a Quality Manager to become part of the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility Project team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main contact for Quality issues at Clough.
- Oversight of the quality induction and training program for all personnel involved in the Project.
- Creating and executing the Quality Management Plan.
- Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
- Promoting awareness of Referenced Quality Standards throughout the Project.
- Reporting, communicating, and resolving nonconformances and defects that occur.
- Monitoring NCR's, test results trends, and other deficiencies, then taking corrective & preventive actions as needed.
- Tracking project quality objectives, targets, KPI's, and related programs, including NCR's, reworks, and defects status.
- Developing and maintaining the project audit schedule, conducting audits including suppliers and Subcontractors.
What you will contribute to the team:
- 10 years of relevant industry experience in a similar position.
- Ability to communicate in a disciplined and constructive manner.
- Capability to review and interpret technical requirements in the Contracts.
- Strong dedication to safety and wellbeing of individuals.
- Familiarity with completion processes & procedures, System / Sub System boundary drawings, Handover document deliverables, Precommissioning, Commissioning activities.
- Possession of a Lead Auditor Certificate.
- Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Trade Qualification is a plus.
