Clough is in charge of the engineering, procurement, and construction for the enhancement of the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility.

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join the team working on the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility Project. As a Quality Manager, your main task will be monitoring, implementing, and overseeing site quality across the project, along with managing supplier and subcontract quality.

The position will initially be located at the Perth Head Office and will transition to the site in 2024 as construction activities escalate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as Clough's primary contact for Quality matters.
  • Managing the quality induction and training program for all personnel involved in the Project.
  • Developing and implementing the Quality Management Plan.
  • Ensuring the quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Promoting awareness of Referenced Quality Standards throughout the Project.
  • Reporting, communicating, acting on, and closing out non-conformances and defects.
  • Monitoring NCRs, test results trends, and other deficiencies, investigating, and initiating corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitoring the project quality objectives, targets, KPIs, and related programs.
  • Preparing and maintaining the project audit schedule. Planning, preparing, and executing multi-functional audits including suppliers and subcontractors.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 10 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in a disciplined and constructive manner.
  • Ability to review and interpret technical requirements in the Contracts.
  • Strong commitment to safety and people's wellbeing.
  • Knowledge of completion processes and procedures, System/Sub System boundary drawings, Handover document deliverables, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning activities.
  • Possession of a Lead Auditor Certificate.
  • Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Trade Qualification desirable.
