Your role


Our team is looking for a capable administrator to join the Corrections Industry and Capacity branch at Francis Greenway Correctional Complex (Windsor).

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and support services to ensure the smooth operation of the team.


What you'll do
This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, and a strong team spirit. You'll provide administrative support, manage records, analyse data, and prepare reports. Resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are important. Extensive training and promotional opportunities are available.

Please note that this role may require occasional travel to other locations.

  • Demonstrated experience in general office and administration duties
  • Has strong communication and collaborative working skills
  • Demonstrated experience with planning and prioritising work tasks
